Where will you work as Inside Sales Coordinator?

Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. (MTEE) is a global and technically innovative company where products of the highest quality are manufactured using modern machinery.   • Engine Division provides high-end diesel and gas engines and generator sets for marine, construction, industrial and agricultural and power plant applications;

The turbochargers and engines of MTEE are of premium quality. All European top car brands equip their engines with our turbochargers. Our engines meet and exceed the stringent requirements of the major global shipping inspections.

Function

Your challenge as an Inside Sales Coordinator.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient order and purchasing administration of small and large engines ordered by distributors and dealers. You ensure smooth administrative handling of delivery issues and support first-line delivery problems. As expert you report to the Manager OTI & OPPS. Besides you work closely with team members OTI & OPPS and other internal departments

Your duties for OTI include:

  • Administration of orders and coordination with the warehouse
  • Backup for large engines and maritime shipments
  • Updating systems based on outstanding lists
  • Handling first-line backorder delivery issues and liaising with international factories
  • Problem-solving, writing plans, and making proposals to the team leader
  • Setting priorities and communicating with internal and external customers

Your duties for OPPS include:

  • Converting approved purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO)
  • Processing and emailing POs and MEA invoices
  • Updating SAP systems and handling order lists
  • Creating source lists and info records for new PRs
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and analyses
  • Acting as a backup for Letters of Credit

As an Inside Sales Coordinator you maintain an accurate order process and information provision. You actively inform team leaders about issues that affect the delivery process. You work independently, according to the given procedures and input forms.

The Inside Sales Coordinator keeps internal contact with production employees, managers, sales, logistics, purchasing, and engineering departments. Moreover you communicate with MHI Japan regarding delivery advice and schedules. Besides you also communicate with external (inter)national customers and suppliers.

You also have:

  • Fluency in English for internal communication and conversations with customers
  • Knowledge of French and German is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office
  • Problem-solving mindset, ability to maintain an overview, and good time management skills
  • Internationally oriented mentality
